In IEEE Xplore, you can manage your research quickly and efficiently with convenient Table of Contents (TOC) alerts.
You will receive an email when a new journal or magazine issue in your area of interest has been posted online. Or if you prefer to read the alert via RSS, you are also able to setup your TOC alert RSS at http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/tocalerts_signup.jsp.
The access to its full text (if available) via email alert or RSS alert is only available to existing NTU Staff and Student. And you need to activate the bookmarklet at http://www.ntu.edu.sg/lib/collections/db/dbhelp.htm#alert.
